Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of the school administration's practice of human relations with workers (administrators- teachers) and to identify statistically significant differences at a significant level(0.05) according to the variables of the study (job- type- educational qualification), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach The analytical approach as the appropriate approach for such studies, where the study population consisted of workers (administrators - teachers) in general secondary education schools in the Western Mountain region during the academic year (2014/2015 AD), and its total number reached (4163) individuals, and a random sample was extracted from the community amounting to ( 351 individuals, and the use of a questionnaire designed by the researcher as a means of collecting data, which included (88) items distributed on several fields and dimensions suitable for the subject of the study. And through the use of the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) system in extracting the arithmetic means and standard deviations, choosing (T.TEST) and calculating one-way variance (ANOVA) to find out the statistically significant differences for the variables of the study and reached several results, the most important of which are: The reality of the school administration's practice of human relations with workers and its impact on raising their morale (high).The results of the study in testing statistically significant differences at the level (0.05)indicated that there are differences in favor of administrators due to the job variable. The results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) due to the variables (gender - academic qualification) in the responses of the study sample.
