Abstract

The research dealt with work pressures and their impact on job performance among faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Hon University of Jufra, by identifying the level of each of: work pressures facing a faculty member and job performance among faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Hon University of Jufra, then searching for the existence of Differences or not in the level of job performance due to the variables (gender, years of experience), then the research also examined the nature of the correlation between work pressures and the performance of faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Hon University of Al-Jufra, and the research community consisted of (109) faculty members, and followed the descriptive approach Analytical, and the questionnaire was used to collect data from the research community The search yielded the following results: - The level of work pressures faced by the faculty members of the Faculty of Arts, Hun, Al-Jufra University came to a high degree -The level of job performance of the faculty members of the Faculty of Arts, Hon, University of Al-Jufra came with a high degree -There are statistically significant differences in the level of job performance among faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Hon, University of Al-Jufra, due to the two variables (gender in favor of males, and years of experience in favor of years of experience 10 years or more) -There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between work pressure and the level of job performance among faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Hon, Al-Jufra University
