Abstract

This research introduces a system of jurisprudence called: Al-Lala’ al-Mundha’ fi al-Maliki fiqh”, authored by Dr. Faraj al-Faqih al-Musalati. This al-Munta’ah is an encyclopedia of jurisprudence in Islamic law in general and in Maliki jurisprudence in particular. Its verses amounted to approximately 2,670 verses.

The benefit of this study: Preserving this encyclopedia from being lost, as it is still a “manuscript” and has not yet been printed. This is first. Second: Defining the author, Third: Defining the systems, Fourth: Explanation of verses from them, Fifth: Explanation of the Prophetic hadiths that were mentioned in them.
