Abstract

The modern school curricula have become the embodiment and translation of educational and social thought into a specific educational reality, through what is determined by a clear concept of the meaning of education required for this society, and then the curricula are considered the practical translation of the objectives, plans and directions of education in every society, and that its development means many things This is done by reconsidering all the elements and components of the curriculum, starting from the objectives stage to the evaluation stage, and it also deals with all the factors influencing and affected by it. The current traditional curricula do not accommodate the current and future changes imposed by the nature of the local, regional and international challenges, and for this reason it has become necessary to change its contents to face these challenges and to keep pace with the scientific and technological development that we see in some developed countries in this field, and through what we observe and live this scientific revolution must That the school administration have an effective and prominent role in this important educational field by participating in the development of scientific plans in the process of developing the curricula and correcting the lapses and gaps in the curricula and trying to keep pace with the progress witnessed by some developed countries.
