Management of Educational Facilities Security in Schools and Its Role in Achieving School Safety

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the management of educational facilities security in schools and its role in achieving school safety. This was accomplished by examining the level of effectiveness of educational facilities security management in achieving school safety within schools, identifying the main roles carried out by educational facilities security management in maintaining the security and safety of the school environment, revealing the most significant difficulties and obstacles facing educational facilities security management in performing its security duties, and finally clarifying the extent of its contribution to enhancing discipline and stability within schools. The study adopted the descriptive approach due to its suitability for the purposes of the research. The study reached the following results: -Educational facilities security management plays an effective role in achieving school safety and enhancing stability within schools to a high degree. -Educational facilities security management performs effective and important roles in maintaining the security and safety of the school environment and promoting stability within schools. -Educational facilities security management faces a number of difficulties and obstacles that affect the efficiency of its security performance within schools. -Educational facilities security management contributes significantly to enhancing discipline and achieving stability within schools.
