Abstract

Technological advancements have increasingly reshaped contemporary work environments, particularly with the growing use of robotics and intelligent technologies in different sectors. In this context, the present study examines the impact of robotics on the labor market and explores how the expansion of automation may influence future employment trends and workplace structures. The study also considers several potential advantages associated with the adoption of robotics, such as improving productivity, enhancing the quality and efficiency of operational processes, and reducing occupational risks. In addition, the integration of robotics may contribute to the emergence of new employment opportunities that require advanced technical and cognitive skills. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach based on data collected from employees working in both the public and private sectors. A randomly selected sample was used, and a total of 50 valid responses were obtained from the study population. The findings of the statistical analysis indicate that there is no statistically significant relationship between the study variables and the expected future trends of the labor market in the context of robotics adoption. Based on these results, the study recommends increasing technological awareness among employees and strengthening training and professional development programs.
